Ingredients:

1 Mug or dessert bowl
4 Tablespoons cake flour (or normal flour)
4 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons cocoa
1 Egg
3 Tablespoons milk
3 Tablespoons cannaoil (4 for extra strength)

Directions:

Its a really easy cake to make and it gets you uber high.I recently moved into a shitty apartment that didn't come with an oven so I had to improvise. It aint the best tasting cake but it gets you stoned.

1- Put all the dry ingredients into the cup/bowl and mix em up with a spoon/fork.
2- add the egg, milk and cannaoil and mix it all up until its a liquidy paste.
3- Put the mug/bowl in the microwave for 3 minutes on the highest power,
4 - enjoy!

	of course. butter is a good substitute for oil. never done it with butter though.

	canaoil has to be put to rest for a week?? do you think i can use bud butter instead?
