Directions:
.) Melt half the stick of butter and add half of your reef to (like cannabutter)in a large saucepan or wok
.) let simmer for 10 minutes on low heat
.) slice onion into thin strips and add to cannabutter and let caramelize on low heat for 20-30 min. Stir constantly.
.) Take fork and poke holes all over steaks and rub olive oil, salt and pepper on both sides.
.) Turn on grill to 500 degrees F or broiler.
.) Mince garlic cloves
.) Once onions are caramelized, add vermouth, lemon juice, garlic, other half stick of butter and remaining ganj and let the vermouth reduce on low heat for about 30 minutes. Stir constantly (if you don't know how reductions work, wait until the sauce becomes thick and syrupy. You will know when it's done)
.) after about 20 minutes of reducing, begin cooking steaks for about 3-5 minutes per side depending on how done you like it.
.) Once steaks are finished, let them rest on a plate for 5 minutes.
.) When reduction is finished, remove from heat and pour some on each plate. Place steak on top and pour the rest of the sauce and onions over the steak.
.) kiss your day goodbye and enjoy ;)
