take the crackers, if they have filling of some kind already scrape it off, add a generous amount of peanut butter and about 1/4 gram of goodness for every cracker. Microwave for two minutes and let it cool because the roof of my mouth is peeling. depending on metabolism you have an hour to an hour and a half to get somewhere chill |
