Fully unroll the fruit roll up. Make sure your bud is broken up nicely. Get rid of all stems and seeds. Sprinkle as much bud as you can across the fruit roll up. Once finished, roll it up to the way it was when you opened it and bottoms up! Should give you a nice long lasting head-high. |
