Ingredients:
4g of your finest bud, put through a coffee grinder until it's like dust.
1g of bubblehash
150g of Green and Black's organic cooking chocolate (a bar, in other words)
A handful or two of mixed, chopped nuts (toasted, or not - as you prefer)
A large knob of unsalted organic butter (I reckon on about a tablespoon to one and a half tablespoons)
2 - 4 tablespoons of double cream (depending on how you like it)
2 - 4 tablespoons of honey (almost any will do but I wouldn't use eucalyptus cos the flavours don't go well together)

Note: Weed strength varies and there is no "standard" so quantities may not be given or be approximate. Please use your own judgement when measuring based on your knowledge of the weed you're using.
Directions:
Melt the butter in a saucepan over a LOW heat.

Melt the bubblehash into the butter.

Mix the powdered bud into the black mess in the pan.

Get a bigger saucepan. Fill it with water and bring it to a slow simmer.

If, like me, your smaller saucepan will fit into the bigger saucepan, double-boiler style, do that. If not, transfer the buttery mess into a Pyrex bowl and stick that into the large saucepan. Have fun trying to get it all out...

Melt the chocolate into the butter.

Stir well.

Add the honey.

Stir well.

Add the cream. Sloooooowly. Stir well while adding the cream.

Add the mixed nuts. You can either add them as they come out of the pack, or do like me and toast them in a frying pan first.

Add the vanilla/orange essence.

Stir well.

Transfer to whatever you're gonna use as a mould. (An enamelled pie dish in my case.)

Stick the mould in the freezer until the chocolate has set.

Devour!

I can tell you now, 1/4 to 1/2 a bar will keep you smiling for hours....
