Ingredients:

4 slices off a block of jalapeño cheese
english muffin

butter

garlic pepper (optional but good taste)

Directions:

first cut the muffin in half, then butter both pieces lightly on both sides.
next put a frying pan on low-medium
fry the english muffin ( adding any seasonings u want i used garlic pepper) on all sides till its kinda browning.
reduce heat or shut off.
add the cheese to middle sides make into a sandwhich and the cheese will melt then enjoy
