1 box yellow cake mix
1 box lemon jello
|
1 box lemon pudding
|
1 small tub whipped cream
|

A favorite of all my sweets eating friends.
Bake the cake according to the directions on the box. Make the jello with only 2 cups of water. When the cake comes out take the end of a spatula or other cooking utensil and poke several holes in the cake. Pour the evenly jello over the cake. Put it in the refridgerator for at least 4 hours.
Make the lemon pudding according to the directions on the box, I usually just use instant pudding. Fold the whipped cream into the pudding. Frost the chilled cake and now you have poke cake!
