alcohol doesn't "Dissolve" THC. It EXTRACTS it....aka pulls it out of smoke or a bud and takes it in. The THC doesn't just disappear. It becomes part of the alcohol. Alcohol DISSOLVES THC... try mixing strong (at least 40%), high quality vodka and strong buds... crush buds in bottle and give a good shake.
