In a small Pan, pour Corn Syrup[for about every 1.5 grams, add 3-4 tablespoons of corn syrup] heat until it begins to lightly bubble add the buds[do NOT use finely ground bud, make sure its in small clusters] heat all your milk to a boil in a seprate pan, be sure not to turn the heat up too high, and cook the buds in the syrup, you will notice the syrup will turn from clear to dark greenish brown, continue cooking until the color stops getting darker. pick the buds out and add the milk and chocolate mix, be sure the milk is very hot before you add it otherwise the corn syrup will just harden. when its done, you can drink it hot or cold. |
