3 tablespoons of oil
any amount of Bud.

Directions:

in a small pan, heat oil and add the bud.
SLOWLY cook the THC into the oil
[you will notice the color will change]
in a microwave safe mug or bowl, mix flour, sugar and cocoa.
then add the egg and mix again
then pour the milk and oil in, and miz it one last time
microwave on high for 3 minutes
