Directions:
-Decarboxylize the Finely ground Cannabis in an oven or toaster oven. Pre-heat oven to 270 degrees fahrenheit. Bake on a sheet of tin foil for 15 minutes. (This is to convert remaining THCA into the psychoactive THC) The Cannabis will steam and smell during this process but that is normal. Also it will turn brown, which is also normal.

-Mix the Whole Milk and the Light Cream in a pan on a LOW heat.

-Add the Finely Ground Cannabis.

-Simmer for 30 minutes. If the milk boils a little, dont worry, just take it off the heat until it cools down a little then put it back on.

-Strain into mug and sqeeze out the cannabis to get all the milk out.

-Add Hot Chocolate Mix.

-Add any floavoring you like- (a little almond extract while simmering is a nice flavor and the added alcohol will dossolve some THC)

Drink on an empty stomache for full effects.
Stronger Cannabis = stronger high.
It takes me 3 hours to really kick in (and it DOES kick in), so wait before making more.

How about with solid? I made a similar recipe last night with some hash and it worked pretty well, i would say i was flying fer about 2 or 3 hours.

You probably would want to avoid the microwave imo. Doesn't heat evenly and no true temperature control, you're trying to turn THA into THC which involves using gentle heat 130-230 degrees C, if you go too high you ahve a chance at vaporizing the THC and having nothing left in your greenery. Some of the biologically active compounds in pot begin to vaporize at about 130oC while others at alittle more than 200, so maybe sticking around the 170 mark might work best, but I cooked at 270 and got rocked. Plus you're going to be cooking in milk/cream as well which will also add some heat to the green. hope this helps :)

cud u warm up the pot in a dish covered with suran wrap and nuke it a while then pour it in sum spiced rum?

if you decarboxylate you week at a tempature of 150F for 15 minutes you have no chance of curning your weed unless you forget about it but people becareful if your over 200F yur playing in dangerous cooking quarters

most likely .5 because 5 might make you go to sleep.

u mean 5 grams or .5 grams? big difference

thanks for trying it "goose420". i came up with this method through trial and error. im glad it worked for someone else. the trick is just to FOLLOW THE RECIPE people.

Made recipe nearly exactly as above. Only simmered for 20 min as the milk/cream was losing alot of volume, don't think it hurt much. I'm a daily smoker and was stoned solid for about 5 hours from this recipe. Nearly scary stoned for a bit. Took about 1.5 hours to start to feel anything and about 1.5 hours after that it peaked. Definatly would do again, btw definatly decarbolxylate pot as recipe states.

270 is def. NOT too hot. i do it all the time. without the decarboxylization this recipe doesnt work all that great. try searching "THC Melting point". you will notice that it is 392F or 200C. ive cooked weed at 320 and had it turn out great. Also, it turns brown because you are burning off the chlorophil and such. its still fine. infact if it dosnt turn brown there is a good possibility you did it wrong.

Putting your weed in the oven could ruin it, once it is brown its useless (this is what happens when you vaporize weed). for better results boil it in the milk for a while at a low temperature, THC will dissolve in the fat of the milk and get activated by the boiling

270 is a-ok, 230 will just take longer - 300 will fry your weed and not you.

ANY weed can always use a little decarboxylising. Every plant, no matter how well it was produced - will always have amino-acids that work against the effect of THC. They'll mimic effects of the wonder drug, but the decarboxylising process will cause the THC to `take over` the cannabidiolic acid (CBD-A), cannabidiol (CBD), cannabigerolic acid (CBGA), cannabigerol (CBG), cannabinolic acid (CBN-A) and cannabinol - giving you a more `pure` buzz in the end.

all of which takes place between 130-300 degrees. With a regular oven, the ambient heat above 300 will cause the THC to evaporate into your oven. The lower the temp the slower the process.

FYI - the flash point of THC is the lowest among the over 60 active chemicals which stands at 300.74 degrees Fahrenheit.

Flash point meaning the fine line between being a solid and becoming vapor.

270 degrees is way too hot for decarboxylising your pot. Stick to around 230; anything about 250 will start to destroy your THC.

Also note good quality weed that has been properly cured does not need decarboxylising, the curing process achieves exactly the same thing.
