Rissoles

Marijuana: No  |   Level: Average  |   Views: 10865  |   Submitted by: Professor Partario Stonington  |   Category: Munchie

Ingredients:
500g prime mince
1/2 cup Maggi Gravy powder (dark)
1 Tbsp Garlic powder
1/2 cup Cooking oil
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Colby cheese
Salt
1 egg
2 Tbsp BBQ sauce
1 can creamed corn (optional)
Directions:
Place the mince in a bowl.
Add the egg, 1/2 cup gravy powder, a good sprinkle of garlic powder, a squirt of Worcestershire sauce, dollop of BBQ sauce and salt.
Mix it all together with spatula till it's a gooey ball. Grate some cheese into it and keep mixing.

Add the oil to a frypan and heat it up.

Roll the mince between your palms into small balls about the size of a golf ball. Press flat and add to pan.

While cooking, either empty the can of creamed corn onto your plate, or make some gravy using the gravy powder and COLD water in a saucepan, heat slowly stirring all the time till it's nice and thick.

Once the rissoles are dark brown and there's no pink in the middle of them, add to plate. Top with gravy if you made that. Grate more cheese over the top. Then you just need a big jug of cold water and some episodes of Blakes 7 on DVD and you're done!
