Directions:

The brownie mix should call for oil. Add the weed to the oil in a saucepan. Cook on medium-low for 30 mins (trust me the time is worth it) Strain out weed and use the remaining oil for the recipe Follow instructions on the box to make the brownies. Also if you want to smoke while the brownies cook dry the weed by using 4 napkins and some books. Then smoke away as desired. The weed still contains some THC.

Look guys. We don;t get a lot of sunshine in UK ( if the sun don't shine, you get a tan standing in the English rain ) Aquire a double pan, small one on top and bigger below Put some water in lower pot and bring to boil simmer Put half pound butter in upper pan and put on top of bigeer pan Wait for it to melt Add as much weed ( 1 ounce is Ok ) to simmering butter. Here is the update I promised about my bud brownies. One batch of 25 brownies. I used 14-18g's of KB. Used a little more than 1/3 cup canola oil. Add oil and bud to small sauce pan and heat. I kept it on the lowest heat and stirred it for 25 minutes straight. Check the oil constantly to ensure it is not burning the bud. I even pulled it off the flame to let it cool than put it back. The smell is minimal as long as you have an exhaust fan running. Once done remove from flame and set aside to cool and soak. Prepare rest of mix as the box says and add oil last, mix and cook for specified time. We all ate between 3-4 each around 9PM and it took roughly 1 hour for them to kick in. Effects did not subside until around 2AM. My girlfriend waking up ( as we had all gone to bed by 1) at one point to tell me she feels like she is tripping. The body high was intense, the conversation insightful. But I did needed a good day to just relax and be lazy after eating those. They worked out amazing, and were so simple. I hit the jackpot on a recipe. I took the seeds/stems from about an oz. of shwag and put it in about 1/2 cup of oil and simmered it on a low heat for about 15 minutes. Then I turned up the heat to a medium high heat and continues to simmer the stems/seeds until the oil began to darken and the stems/seeds got dark (not black) becarefull not to burn them. I then strained them through a paper towel to get approximately 1/3 cup of oil (per instructions for the recipe). I took about 1/4 oz of extra fine ground shake (I used some older dried out stuff I had laying around) and mixed it into the brownie mix. Heres what made all the difference (2 things): 1)I bought a pan from walmart that has 12 individual non-stick(used non-stick spray anyway)squares (rose taller and stayed soft longer). 2) Dont buy cheap crap brownie mix. I used Giridelli double chocolate browie mix. These are by far the best I've ever had. Not even slightly off taste, didn't get hard like some recepies tend to do for some reason. It's 10 times better to use a recipe that uses butter. butter has a higher fat % so it absorbs a lot more thc than oil, also cooking weed with oil tends to burn the thc a lot easier if you don't know what your doing. Unfortunately there aren't any store bot brownie mixes that use butter, so you have to make the brownies from scratch, there are plenty of recipes online that use butter though. I made brownies with 45 grams of stems yesterday. Best brownies i have ever made. I grinded about half of the stems up and cooked them in vegetable oil for like 20 mins until they were brown and burnt. I ate two brownies and an hour later i was completely blasted. Simple and Great Yield: Ingredients: 2 boxes Hershey's brownie mix, 6 eggs, 4 (4 oz.) stick of butter, 1 oz. marijuana. Prep.: Grind oz. of marijuana Directions: Melt butter in small pot and add marijuana (additional kief is optional) Let canibutter cook on low (at level 1 or 2) on stove top for 2-2.5 hours, depending on how safe you'd like to be with the absorbance of THC. Stir contents in pot for the first 5 or ten minutes occasionally to keep weed from clumping. After simmering canibutter for approximately 2 hours, pour all contents of pot through a fine strainer to just get the butter, the herbs will result in a resin-related taste to your brownies. Pour all contents necessary of the box of brownies on top of butter, adding eggs last. This is important because the butter may be hot enough to partially cook some of the egg inside the bowl. Then follow mixing and cooking directions as stated by brownie box. I split the pan into 12 brownies, and 1 was more than enough to have me incredibly baked for 14 hours. ENJOY. i used a slightly different variation of this recipe and my brownies were bomb! i put a full oz in a pound (2 cups) of butter and let it simmer for 45 min. then i strained the weed out using brand new pantyhose (weird tecnique but works great!) then use the recipe on the box. easy as hell :) anonymous (guest)  |  08 February 2010 Reply

How much is 1/2 ounce when measured using dry measuring cups?? On Halloween, I made box brownies and use 1/4 c. finely ground weed (regular). With 1/3 c. of veggie oil (or whatever the recipe called for). Same amount of time, 30 minutes. I was scary high! Like uber paranoia. The oil should have been very green or brown once you strained the weed out, and the oil should have smelled strongly of weed. It can take an hour or more for the effects to kick in - a lot of people make the mistake of eating too much because they think it isn't working... wait another half an hour or so. D-Town, Texas reporting. Shwag(Low Grade)50-70 Ounce Fire Shwag(Low-Medium Grade) 85-100 Ounce Pop(Mid-Grade) 120-150 Ounce Hydro and Kush go for about: 20-25 a gram 60-80 an eighth 120-150 a quarter And up. The best I've ever had was home grown in soil from Washington with seeds from a university. Best ever. Ever. Ever Ever. Don't smoke oily weed. Do I need to say that? Save you stems and seeds and use them to supplement(additional to weed) your brownies. Also a trick I have learned, if you put water in as well while you let the oil and weed mixture cook, when you are done you can use a "seperatory funnel" which makes the impurities with the water float on top of the oil, so you drain the oil out of the funnel and the impurities stay in the funnel(with the water) if you don't let it run out. Look it up, I made my own out of a two liter soda bottle, two plastic pen tips and heat shrink tubing. Also, the brownies that call for the most oil are the brownies you want to use. Just wanted to share a funny 'brownie' story. My friend and I had some brownies as we entered Disneyland. We had some more in our pockets. At one point I looked over and my friend was eating the brownies out of her pocket because she had the munchies. Talk about a wild day and night. I pretended not to know her because she got very weird and people were backing away with their children from her. I think it was more of a 'Wild Toad's Wild Ride' that time. Okay so...to answer earlier questions about Texas weed. I'm in Houston and I pay anywhere from $35-50 an oz. It's regular weed-not kush, or dro or anything that would even have a name, other than schwag. Sometimes it's sticky, sometimes dry, depending on who you get it from and what time of year, it can actually be pretty great. It's usually dark to light green with faint orange or red hair, crystals but nothing like dro...and no, it's nowhere near the same quality as dro..and we do have all of the other types of weed, it just depends on who you know, and what you're willing to spend. I seem to have found that adults have the best dro here, I've smoked more than a few buds here that would knock all the canadian weed I smoked out of the water. I would love to be able to afford to smoke dro, but I smoke too much socially to afford it...an 1/8 of blueberry lasts me 3-4 days at the most. I just can't afford $60 every 3-4 days. I haven't smoked everything that's out there (trust me, it's a long term goal) but I did live close to Canada for three months, and would spend roughly $300-500 a month on the good stuff because of the smoking habits I have from smoking regular texas weed. I would prefer to smoke it any day, but reg Texas schwag does do the job. I just bought an 1/8th of Blueberry dro for $60 in Houston two nights ago. Ummm...there are HUGE differences in the quality of weed. Here in Texas, I can get an Oz. for $40 but also can get $400 Oz. So yes, we have cheap ounces here but no need to move yet, it's not dank/kind/kb/nugs/boomboom-plow/chronic/kill/dro/nice/sticky-icky/kush/death, or whatever you call the good stuff. umm yes you answered your own question there... your lungs are meant for air, so prolonged inhalation of any foreign/toxic substance will cause cancer. Pot has tar and many other chemicals that will clog up your lungs. I'd really like to hear more about that case study in Amsterdam that links lung cancer to smoking too much pot. Last time I checked there are no recorded cause of illnesses due to smoking cannabis and have in fact read the opposite. It has been proven that marijuana can help relieve people of pain and many other side effects of cancer and other diseases, but more recently there have been studies that have shown that marijuana can prevent and treat certain illnesses. Hey we used the left over remants of the vaporized pot to make the weed oil and then made the brownies!! Yum Yum very delicious. Since you only use about 30% of the THC when you vap this is a good way to use the rest of the content. Tasty and effective. However, pot does have a lot of negative side effects, and saying it doesn't is just fooling yourself. You smoke it, so believe it or not it does have many of the side effects that cigarettes do. People have been diagnosed with lung cancer because they smoke too much pot. And although you can't really O.D. on it, an extensive study in Amsterdam has linked avid pot-smoking to Schizophrenia and other mental disorders. okay so im a baking and pastry student and from reading this wall i beleive that butter is the most popular choice (dont let the butter boil/burn and a hot water bath might help) Let the bud (chopped up) cook in the butter on med/low for 30 min. plus. This will cause the kitchen to smell like weed. Maybe cook other food like bacon while the butter or oil is cooking to help keep unwanted noses at bay. When the oil/butter is done strain out the leaves and use the fat in the brownie recipe. Also like another person said if you want to use oil go with veg.oil. oi, the weed butter thing is screwed, who the f*** puts the butter straight onto the pan? u just burn it, they should ad, place same amount of water as melted butter, 1 stick of butter=half a cup melted, then cook out the water, let that evaporate, then when thats done ur weed butter is done. i strongly recommend using while still soft in a brownie mix, yum yum yum :). oh yeh, and chop da weed really fine, to dust, that way it all mixes in and u dont hav to strain or get those nasty chunks.last time i did it which was tonight i was chopping for about an hour and a half. i always get the butter to oil thing mixed up though and my brownies end up fluffy, almost like cake. i also reccomend adding coconut, and if u can't tell already i am f***** ripped 7R1P (guest)  |  14 August 2009 Reply
