Ingredients:

2 servings frozen hashbrowns (cooked)
4 oz of velveeta
1 lb of Jimmy Dean hot sausage

1/2 C Half and Half
1 C shredded cheese of your choice

genourous splash of Franks Red Hot Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Cook up hasbrowns and sedt aside in a mixing bowl. add salt and pepper to taste.dash of cajun seasoning optional.
Brown your sausage according to directions on package.
Meanwhile. Cube up velvetta place in microwave safe dish add half and half and hot sauce and microwave until melted,

place all ingredient in mixing bowl stir until well blended and place in a cassorole dish and bake at 380 for 10-20 minutes until shredded cheese is a golden brown.
