T.H.Steve's Very Special Oatmeal Raisin ...

Marijuana: Yes  |   Level: Easy  |   Views: 7069  |   Submitted by: T.H.Steve  |   Category: Munchie

Ingredients:
1 Stick of butter
1/2 Cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 Cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 t vanilla
3/4 Cup all purpose flour
1/2 t baking soda
1 t cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 1/2 Cups quick or old fashioned oatmeal (uncooked)
Directions:
Over a double boiler add one stick of butter to top pot. After butter is completely melted add 1/8 ounce of finely ground marijuana. Cover and cook for about an hour and a half stirring occasionally with rubber spatula. After butter is cooked put the pot with the butter in freezer for about 10 minutes to harden up a little bit.

-Preheat oven to 350F.
-Beat together cannabutter and sugars until creamy.
-Add egg and vanilla.
-Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt
-Stir in oats and raisins
-Scoop up spoonfuls with tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet. (I make about 10 pretty good sized cookies.)
-Bake about 12-15 minutes
-Cool for a few minutes and enjoy!

I keep the marijuana in the butter because the oatmeal is a similar texture. By far this is the most successful "special" treat I have made.
