Ingredients

5 GOOD HEADS
1 tea bag (Glen, Rooibos, earl grey etc)
Boiling water
Some full cream milk
Sugar to taste
Tea sieve or strainer

Directions

Sieve weed heads finely
Add weed & boiling water to container
Add some full cream milk
Stir for 3 min
Place tea bag on strainer and strain/pour weed water through it into cup.
Add sugar to taste, then down it quickly

Good mild trip for a while

wats that mean? and for cream like wat percent?so i grab a bowl a strainer and mug i put weed in the bowl and water then i add cream. stir for 3 then i put tea bag on the strainer and strain onto the bag then into mug then drink quick?
